Director of Cognitive Science: Bernard Molyneux (firstname.lastname@example.org): Bernard Molyneux spearheaded the faculty involvement in bringing cognitive science degree programs to UC Davis and now serves as the Director and faculty adviser for the major. He teaches courses that are highly relevant to the field, including PHI 13 (Minds, Brains, and Computers) and PHI 103 (Philosophy of Mind).
Joshua Peterson (email@example.com): Graduated in 2012, Josh created the original cognitive science BA program. Now researching the psychology of the groove in music and computational models of social conformity at the Center for Mind and Brain and UCD Psychology Department.
Tanya Singh (firstname.lastname@example.org): Tanya created the second cognitive science individual major program (Neuroscience Emphasis), the first BS program in cognitive science at UC Davis.
Alissa Madeiros (email@example.com) : Inspired by the Introduction to Cognitive Science course attended at UC Berkeley, Alissa transferred to UC Davis in the fall of 2011 and created her own BA program in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology. She worked as a research assistant in Tamara Swaab's Cognitive Neurolinguistics lab and is currently attending graduate school for a clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD).
